- Barangay Hugo Perez is a small, but busy community in Trece Martires, Cavite Philippines. It is one of the busiest intersections on Governor's Drive on the way to Naic, Cavite. The lack of a proper turning and u-turn lane makes this intersection very busy, but I guess good for the local businesses in the area. I had to explore this place just to see what it had to offer all the people who are passing by. I think it is a better place to visit at night as there are a lot more vendors selling items, I think I'll check it out at night next time. Don't forget to comment, like and subscribe =)

Hi po, I'm not sure if there is flooding there, when I was there in Hugo, I didn't see any places where there is flooding, but I did not visit many places there, just the road near the highway =) Sorry I couldn't help, maybe best to visit to take a look and explore to see what you can find =) Thanks for watching!
