If you're playing the way everyone expects you to play you're not gonna catch them off guard and have any value. He gets early info on defense for high impact comms, he's constantly calling for his team even when he's got nothing happening on his screen, he takes space and enters when appropriate on attack, making sure everyone has the info they need to play off each other, a lot of value that he gets from having a "chaotic" style. That's what makes him hard to play against.
