- A quick video of a few locations inside The Paramour Estate aka Hillcrest Academy from Halloween H20 and Milton's Mansion from Scream 3.
The Paramour Estate in Los Angeles, Ca is a place I've been wanting to see my entire life specifically because of both films being a major part of my love for movies. This was a dream to see.

I never realised the Charm School mansion and the Scream 3 mansion were the same!!!

Great video and attention to detail with the shots man! Always been fascinated that this one location was used so prominently in an entry of two of my favorite horror franchises.
There's a great shot in Scream 3 of Parker Posey running away from ghostface inside the spiral staircase that faces the pool courtyard. In the movie that was supposed to be a secret passage accessed from the second floor hallway behind a painting.

it was also used in s3 e2 of Monk, recognised it right away and had to look it up to make sure.

I think all 3 seasons of Charm School was filmed here. A bunch of other reality shows too.

New about these 2 films sharing this "school" but had no idea that where Dewey and Gale were tied up was the exact room/space where the table flip scene in H20 occurred! Also looks like the door inside the gate where Hartnett and Williams were trying to escape was swapped on the 2 walls. Movie magic, done for filming?
I was also surprised by the table flip/DeweyGalen tied-up room!
