Leafeon can learn Leaf Blade though. It's somewhat strong, has a high random crit chance, and 100% accuracy. Great for a fast tank like Leafeon, because the extra crit may give it the edge against setup stall tank builds.
Finally an animation that have Sylveon with different pokemons. No matter what pokemons that is, Sum always managed to make them look adorable (even though these animations are kinda sus)

For Sum has managed to create content that is family friendly and wholesome, yet visually lewd and suspiciously suggestive, all without setting off UA-cam’s non-advertiser friendly alarms. If Game Freak actually takes this Idea of training pokemon to make their moves stronger in future games would be the best and worst thing for competitive but I like the concept tho ngl

Tbf vine whip doesn’t manipulate the recipients emotions so they don’t try to escape so ribbons probably better at trapping things
The ribbons have the strength to hang a Tyranitar.
When is Gamefreak giving Sylv ribbon moves that do physical damage?

there's Horn Leech, but it doesn't make sense for Leafeon to learn it.
