After a few months of practice and trying to actually record straight out of the piano I just keep getting sad about my results. I may not play straight out of my piano and record but I do know how to play the melody on the piano so don't judge me. :D

Idk if people still come back to this cover, but for me this brings back such a specific strong memory. 8 years ago, I had broken up with a girl I loved because I was anxious about starting college and didn’t want to be a burden. But I realized that was a mistake, and eventually reached back out to her after months of anguish. We had made up, and I was on a bus coming back from a senior field trip across state. The clock turned 12 midnight, I had just turned 18, and everyone around me was asleep. I had this song in my earbuds, and she texted me happy birthday. I felt so loved and appreciated.
She would soon leave me after I dropped my scholarship to stay in the city with her, and my life would begin to fall apart to where it is now. But that blissful moment stays with this song and embodies such a powerful bittersweet feeling, I can’t help but tear up. Just thought I’d share this.

2:46 - 3:30 remains one of the most hauntingly beautiful passages I've ever listened to in a piano cover. No exaggeration. After years of returning to this video, I still love waiting for the left-hand sequence at 3:12. I have only minimal knowledge on piano, but I do feel that your arrangements are getting better. :) Also, thanks for sharing the mp3 of this beautiful PlanSui arrange! Cause Mp3 converters frick up the quality from time to time. ;D

Thanks - I tend to try to make every song tell their story behind the lyrics (If I ever get to read them) and this one was obviously not going to be sweet and loving. I will one day try to find a better piano soundfont to make the piano sound better and the MP3 with obviously be better too! :')
