Я заметила давно,что песни,которые перепевает Диана,звучат во сто крат интересней оригинала и вызывают такую реакцию эмоциональную!до дрожи,до мурашек! Например,"Реченька","Ворона","Кони привередливые"...Это только из русских,а сколько иностранных!
The ending was "hidden" by very close camera shots. But Diana released a demo version from before the final production which shows them slip a cloak of black feathers on her shoulders in the final second, but that final deadly stare kills them all and she takes off the cloak to be herself again, quite symbolic and showing that Diana will always be herself!

If you look closely, the Crows surrounded her at the end and they put a cloak of Black feathers on her. You can see it partially in the last scene. She realizes she is a Black Crow not, she looks down in sadness then looks at them then the song ends. They effectively stopped her message. It just blew my mind and the choreography makes more sense now.
