finally understood. so the form we use has token so it will verify and change token everytime. but the link that sent to us will not have token so it will be taken as attack and protect us. same for both get and post. even for post request the attacker form will not have the token so again it will taken as attack and protect us. wow nice

The token generated in admin page form field and cookie is different, how to resolve this? so on submitting the admin form, getting error, seems.
in this video also it is not same as in form element and cookie.
