Next time you feel icky after eating food take: 3 capsules of 125mg Grapefruit seed extract + once the ickiness comes on + once before bed and the next morning Get a bottle in the supplement section at Whole foods or Erewhon It won't heal you from food poisoning but it will help with tummy ickiness which can cause fatigue. This stuff is a life saver. I always have a bottle at home and with me when I'm travelling, just in case! (my bf is a holistic doctor and got me into the supplement life)

Things produced in Europe or West Countries are way more expensive (a lot of designer things are also made in East countries though) and you pay for the time and energy that goes into designing them which you don't pay for when you go to forever 21 or H&M or just fast fashion stores. But tbh it's shocking when you look at the production of Gucci, Saint Laurent, Ralph Laurent and so on because it's not that much different from the fast fashion production
she loves you thats not necessarily true. a lot of designer brands have there products made in sweatshops like other fast fashion brands and then add like a handle or button in an another country so they can say it was “made in France” or whatever. but boutiques and handmade products are topically higher quality and have more detail :)
