oh my god i just pierced my septum myself and i’m 16 and my mom doesn’t know and i was FREAKING OUTTT because the ring was too small and my nose was too wide at the bottom and i was looking EVERYWHERE for youtube videos on how to and this is literally the only method that worked. This video saved me! I got mine today. My piercing ended up being a little close to my face so flipping was difficult. I was doing the mouth thing but your method of pulling my upper lip down with my hand for that extra elongation was the key difference!!!
