Thanks for this and all the other videos you guys make. This one in particular help me plan better my visit to the cliffs. Keep going places, your work matters ❤️
Congratulations because you are a lovely couple, simple, polite and very respectful and for this I wish you much success. Unfortunalety I'm in lockdown again in North Italy but your beautiful videos give me a lot of joy and make me dream... Thanks to share...
Great vid, very helpful, and awesome scenery! My wife & I are planning a trip to Ireland in 2022, and are hoping to do some dayhiking, this will be perfect! Will have to remember the raincoats & waterproof hikers! Cannot wait to see the Cliffs. Thank you!
@@KeepGoingPlaces And happy & safe travels to you also! If you are looking for a unique adventure in the U.S., consider coming up to Michigan's Upper Peninsula. (also called the U.P. or "the Yoop") Lots of natural, remote beauty to explore. One of the big highlights is Pictured Rocks Nat'l Lakeshore in the north central part of the peninsula: cliffs overlooking majestic Lake Superior, waterfalls, hiking, biking & kayaking, etc. Further out west are the Porcupine Mountains with the famous Lake of the Clouds, an old underground copper mine you can tour (including rappelling down to a lower level), and more waterfalls. Consider visiting in the fall, when the leaves turn color, spectacular to see in the vast forests.
After watching wish we had walked the entirety of the Cliffs. They're just fantastic (and oh how the wind blows). Mind (don't) the electric fence. Happy travels and looking forward to your next adventure (snuck a peak at instagram, how exciting).
tommye dodson Hi Tommye! You’ll just have to go back and do it again! (That’s what we are always telling ourselves haha) Thanks for following along! -Ashley
Tip you can walk from Doolin Village to the Cliffs of Moher center where you can then have a tea/coffee and continue on from there from the center to Hags head and on towards Liscannor where you can get a bus back to the centre and the Paddy Wagon back to Doolin this is a total walking/hike distance of 18km 4-6 hours beautiful also. You can also take a tour guide with Pat Sweeney www.doolincliffwalk.com/, another pg is www.activeme.ie/guides/cliffs-of-moher-coastal-walking-route-clare/ if you want to do it on your own. Welcome to Co Clare Ireland :-) recommendations is to breath, relax and enjoy :-)
Thanks for the tips! My boyfriend and I are planning to go to the Moher Cliffs on our roadtrip around Ireland, next month, and after seeing this video we immediately agreed on doing the same walk! Can you, please, tell us where did you buy tickets to the paddywagon? We searched on their website, but couldn't find any mention of the sheffle you catched... Did you buy he tickets at the information center of Fisher st.? And do you remember how much they cost?
Hmm that’s a tough choice, truly either are great. I would say our single favorite spot (Pat’s View) was in the segment between VC and Doolin. However I think there was more to see overall in the other half. I think we would choose the segment between VC and Doolin.
@@KeepGoingPlaces Thanks so much for the advice. I do a lot of research before travel and your video rocked. I will be following you for sure. Once again, excellent video! Safe travels!
There wasn't a big soccer game that weekend ,it was gaelic football our version of football similar to soccer except that the ball is handled more often than its kicked. It was the all ireland which is our version of the superbowl along with the hurling all ireland final, both sell out croke park 82300 every year without fail occasionly it might dip below 82000 .Dublin won there 5th in succession and the rest of the country is not too pleased to say the least.
gallow glass Ah! Yeah we figured it wasn’t quite soccer but weren’t sure exactly what. That sounds super fun, the city was definitely VERY lively during our visit!
@@KeepGoingPlaces Yes it would have been apart from the 82300 who were in the stadium and who travelled with tickets ,thousands would have travelled up hoping to get a ticket from somebody who had for whatever reason spare tickets and they would hold up signs asking for a spare ticket. Of course thousands who would just be happy to watch it in the pub .
Love the video. Very helpful..trying to plan ireland trip. Can I ask what time of year you went? Looks like good weather. Also we were thinking the same thing...rental car doing ireland and returning it then going to do the city of dublin last. What transportation did you use after dropping off the rental car..did you drop it off at the airport? Places to stay recommendations?
Hey Kari! How exciting, we loved Ireland! We were there in late August/early September. We flew in and out of Dublin. We picked up our car when we arrived, drove around and then returned it to the airport. We then took the bus into Dublin and stayed there for a few nights. The bus was super easy! We almost always stay in AirBnBs so we definitely recommend looking into that. Happy planning!
Hey Patrick! We definitely have boots in the US. We just opted not to pack ours as we went around the world bc we didn’t need them but this one time really. We made do!

I'd not encountered the phenomenon of waterfalls being blown upwards by the wind until I went to Orkney.
Nice video. What a beautiful country. I have a hiking channel. But, I love travel videos. Subscribed to your channel✌️
