Because of this video I purchased one as well. I got it on Harbor Freight Black Friday sale for $89. I’m sure they will have a Christmas sale also.
I bought one but doesn’t work as i expected. To much water comes out.

In your opinion what should you buy first a spot cleaner or a extractor just curious I’m trying to build a small business and have neither I just use manual labor for small stains and big stains on just about everything
It can really depend on what kind of jobs you plan to take on, if you’re only going to be removing light stains you can go with a spot cleaner but if you’re looking to offer a full shampoo service than you want to go with an actual extractor.
However, the bissell spot clean pro is an amazing machine you can start off with, amazing for spot cleaning and can actually be used for seat shampoos, the only con would be the hose’s length but it’s definitely doable and great if you don’t want to break the bank as well as gain some experience.

Hey bro im starting detailing next week. I have a pressure washer, foam cannon, vacuum and cleaning products for exterior and interior but not sure if a steamer is necessary now or should i offer that later on in about a month when i get my flow down?
You definitely do not need one to start, maybe not even in a month, it would be over kill, I believe you have everything you need and once you start getting experience and seeing where a steamer might be helpful then you can consider bringing it on to help you detail more efficiently and even offer steam cleaning as an extra service as well. Do you think they are actually necessary or how often do you use a steamer
IMO useful if the car is super dirty or has some hard hard stains. A simple drill brush + chemicals +scrub ninja can do the job. Its not always the supplies .. its the detailer 🙇🏾♂️
It is definitely not necessary, it would just be a “plus” in your arsenal or a must if you plan on specifically offering steam cleaning services to disinfect surfaces or upholstery. Hope that helps!
