Этот класс о работе рук в трайбл фьюжн беллиданс, по большей части кистей и пальцев, чтобы добиться максимальной подвижности в этих суставах. Волны руками, интересные фигуры и переходы закреплены в хореографии "Fight" от классного музыканта ASADI.
This class is about working with arms in tribal fusion belly dance, and more attention of the wrists and fingers, to get the most of the mobility in those joints. Waves with hands, interesting shapes and transitions are fixed in the choreography "Fight" by the amazing musician ASADI.

Hi Olga, I have studied Bharathanatyam Indian classical dance for a few years. The move with the pointer finger and thumb touching (24:28) is very close to the "Hamsasya mudra" (the literal meaning of this mudra is a swan's beak, but it is used to indicate many things such as tying thread, or drawing the shape of something.) :)

This was beautiful! The one hand movement I think should be called Yin Yang hands! That's what it reminded me of.
