That's a good thought, Omega Spawn must be still alive. Theoretically he could probably still Survive by taken over a body with his consciousness, so he probably does not need a soul or a body to just live. He could probably still survive with just his conscience.
Malebolgia can't talk as he as a pot belly. but at least they added some muscle to him in this comic art. Viscerator wanted to get her cheeks clap by Malebolgia, but will end up getting her cheeks clap by Bishop aka Omega Spawn. Omega Spawn and Al as Ipsissimus love cheek clapping. Ipsissimus is what Al became in the Wildcat cross over mini series when he killed Malebolgia. He strip the female super heroes of their power and created a harem for himself and his followers.
What they should had done with Viscerator was reserve her like 2 issues later, since The Scorched is gonna tie with the "Who Will Sit On The Throne Of Hell" arc.
