Loved it when he gave it back to Gaurav, by saying that the people who act in Cartoons don't get nominated for Academy Awards....What a Legend...What a Brain...#Respect

The best thing about this video, so many words of wisdom from the great man... "Common sense and natural thinking is more important" "You're not going to be on top of the world everyday in your life" "Instant gratification is not living" "Life is a compromise" "If you're worth your salt you welcome challenges"
Michael Holding still shines with his wise speeches that can give any naive speakers a run for their money... In this case, it vividly appears that the host does not have the aura to befit and share the screen with the best of the best...
This was a treat to watch, great to hear from a legend like Michael Holding and his views on Test Cricket, " Test cricket is like Life, everyday is different every session is different, one day/session you are up the next you are down but the better man/team wins". I have always been a fan of fast bowling , a lot of people watch cricket for sixes and fours but I love to see that timber breaking. Please do some more videos with the legendary fast bowlers.
The so called greatest Aussie team of the 2000s will remain in the shadow of the greatest team ever to play cricket - The Windies of the 70s and 80s. A Gentle bunch of hardworking cricketers who were brutal, but with their game and not with their words. True cricketers.
Superbly well written & researched...IMO Ponting would have got himself killed with that initial front foot press...Gilchrist would be the only one IMO who could have had consistent success, and Steve Waugh would definitely have fought hard, but without the same degree of success he had after 1994ish...Just my opinion though (assuming both teams at their prime, and not the WI after 1984, when Roberts retired & Mikey had only 3 more years of tests left in him)...
great man..and he is almost right everything about the modern cricket..they way he put his point about cricket its jist unbelievable..gaurab u mess with the wrong guy bro dont try to convince him again about t20.. best episode ever..
Gaurav is your typical dumb blonde tya guy ... the wrong anchor for this show .the guy makes money from T20 and tries to shove his opinion down the players throat
No he doesn't, he was just playing devil's advocate and making a few points. This is his own show, you can't demand a new anchor for his own show. It's a light hearted humorous conversation, not a serious interview, and people like you take it so seriously.
One of the most impactful episode of BWC...Highly inspirational Holding Sir...True gem of Cricket...Hope Current generation understands the essence of Test Cricket in a better way....Hoping now, not only they will smell the roses but also nurture them...
After watching this I feel as if the quality of personalities has diminished over the years this man is so crystal clear and articulate take Sir Viv too for example and Mr Gavaskar they havr such amazing aura.
What a player! Michael Holding!!! unforgettable. T-20's is great people love it, but test matches are a like a royal treat!! Test is test!! my favourite form of cricket.
Best part : I have no problem people looking back for data and videos, but when it takes over from common sense, obviously it’s too much !’ On spot ☝🏻☝🏻
One of the best episodes of BwC for sure!! You can't help but love Mikey after this episode!! Man, what a run-up he had! Just calmly running down to the crease as if he had nothing to do with the world, and then deliver a rocketing delivery zipping past the batsman!
This is absolute Gold. What wit, what charm, what intelligence, and of course what a voice! The legends from back then are very smart people really. These interviews should be at least 30 mins. Loved it though, so many savage moments. The best one yet in BWC.
What a legend! *****Major respect, Micheal Holding***** Great bowler, cricketer and human being. I always love listening to him speak in that beautiful, crisp Jamaican accent!
Absolutely adore this man. Classy, old school and spot on with his assessment of life and cricket. This is how you live life, without making it too complicated.
If you truly follow cricket and understand the importance of test cricket, you cannot argue that this was the best and the most interesting interview in the entire series.
Gaurav, Man, can you make these a little longer? Maybe with extended (30 min) episodes whenever you can. It's a real pleasure to listen to someone like Michael. So people either pick the shorter interviews or the longer ones, but there's obviously a trade-off for video popularity when you do Part 1. and Part 2.
The most iconic voice in the Cricket history. They really had a great team in 70 and 80's. (Richie Benaud,Michael Holding,Tony Greig=Golden voice for every generation)
What a delightful interview. Great to know Michael Holding a little better than just whispering death or the voice in the commentary box. He is an amazing personality !!
The best thing about this show is there is no fake introductions..Aaj hai hamare sath mahan bowler Michael holding blah blah...Loved all the videos on this channel.
This is such a brilliant series bringing our cricketing heroes to share their journeys, memories and historical anecdotes. I'm in completely awe of them and the lessons they teach are sure an inspiration for each of us, cricketer or not. Thank you.
I will never forget seeing this man as a young kid during the 1996 World Cup. My first cricket match in a stadium was a World Cup game being played between Zimbabwe and West Indies at Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium, Hyderabad. My dad and I walk in to the stadium, heading towards our seats I encounter this giant of a man, and until then I don’t think I’d ever come across anyone built like Micheal Holding. I didn’t even know who he was, but Dad being the cricket fan that he is waxed lyrical about one of the greatest bowlers to have graced the game. I’m just so privileged to have seen this man in person. Whispering Death.

one of the best episodes of BWC, straight out of the heart. One thing I really love about West Indian Cricket Team (maybe the old gold one), they really speak their mind, no holding back, and then it's the time when you really connect !! Thanks, Mikey and Gaurav.
