I Hold F to interact with players but then I can't use my Mouse to select what I want, I have to use 2468 on Numpad, any way to select mouse preference?
That is Interesting. depending on what type of mouse you use, you may have/ be able to key bind actions for the mouse. I would double check your controls under settings in game, and go down to "interaction" from there make sure interact with player is set to "F" for the first bind, and "hold" for the second. If not you can push "R" to load defaults. I am not aware of any mouse preferences within the game, so you may need to check those via your computer control panel. I know this is not much help, but I hope you can get it figured out. :)
