When I pink up my pencil it goes on top of the letters before - I feel like I have built this 3 times but is there a way to fix this? I watched the end where you lifted on the "N" and it looks like it blended in ok, not sure why mine isn't? Any ideas?
Hi, taedover. Absolutely! just go into the brush settings and in APPLE PENCIL, set PRESSURE SIZE to like 90% for both brushes and that should give you a taper. :)
Does anyone know why all my brushes are orange with the selected color I choose just being the shadow in the bottom of the stroke? For instance if I choose blue ink, it’ll draw in orange with a thin blue shadow at the back/bottom of the stroke. I’ve recreated this brush 3 times from scratch & it keeps happening.
@@MakeThisBrush 😬🤭🫠 I didn’t even know I could (& needed to) choose 2 colors 😂. Mystery solved, after your comment I looked on the color selection part and saw there were 2 to select lol. Thank you🤦🏽♀️. I should delete my comment out of sheer shame alone, but it’s funny so I’ll leave it.

Is there a way to create the blending version of this brush and a shadow effect under it because I love it so much and would love a blending version
There is, actually! Go into the brush settings and in RENDERING, under BLENDING set BLEND MODE to LIGHTEN. That should do it!

Hmm... that is weird. I'd love to help you with this, I just need a bit more context. Are you choosing two colors or just one?
