Dr Brown, I was watching another podcast yesterday and found out above this prophecy. I had not heard of or seen it before. I was startled and here is the reason why. About a month or so ago while I was praying my Prayer of Protection for my family, Trump and his supporters, the Lord led me to add to my prayer 'Lord, stop the assassin's bullet'. So I began praying that as well. i've been praying for Trump for years and the Lord has never led me to say those words. I truly believe that prayer was answered last Saturday with the attempted assassination of Trump along with the prayers of millions of others praying for him. Having said all that, I believe the Lord is speaking to and leading His people including this Pastor to victory in these perilous, evil times. I also believe that victory includes the reelection of President Trump. Your thoughts?

Dr. Brown, I’m a huge supporter of your work, but your moral equivocating on this matter is a joke. Sorry. There is zero comparison between the two sides and their rhetoric. You speak as if the Left doesn’t have a well documented history of persecuting and murdering it’s political opponents throughout the 20th century to today. You speak as if somehow the left here and now would never intend to do the same. Is there a legitimate reason, inspire of all the evidence to the contrary?? Is the heart of man suddenly not wicked?? Is it because this is America and that somehow makes us immune to such tyranny?? Just because harsh words are used to describe a people or a political agenda does make those words untrue nor does it mean those truthful and harsh words should be toned down. Speak the truth no matter where the truth falls. Like a vast majority of American pastors, you sadly refuse to do so on the political front. I will certainly NOT tone down speaking the truth. Neither should you. Bringing up hyperbolic political rhetoric from our nations past is only useful under similar circumstances. False and old rhetoric from politics campaigns over 200 years ago say nothing about the merit of rhetoric today. Reminds me of folks who assume that any claim of Jesus’ return drawing near due to current events is not to be taken seriously since similar claims have always been wrong in the past. As much as I agree with you on many things perhaps your “opinion” on rhetoric about the left being “wrong” is tainted by your own bias in scripture? I understand this may be deleted but my intention is not to offend you but understand you. I understand why you deleted the 2nd person mentioned, but the first one?
As much as I agree with you that we must become more vigilant and aware of our witness as we are truly taunted by evil influence, I do not fully agree you are the benchmark here how to or not to respond. Perhaps given honesty is not a vacation but my lifestyle I do want to first relate I have learned some things from you in how to rightly respond to critics in certain situations. But I disagree how you used what Jesus has said, that is the hard and harsh words He used as the Perfect Son of God, being it was He is God, saying we are not God. But in response I would like to draw your attention to the apostle Paul and his own words at times and his own demeanor at times, and his own references to things being demonic many times. Paul was not God nor a god. Yes, Paul was called with a specific calling that gave him a certain authority, yet as a fully human being, not truly human but fully human, I can follow Paul as he follows Christ. It seems to me Paul folllowed Christ in a lot of what some may view as his rhetoric.
I will clarify that I understand we are first eternal spirit beings living in an earthly flesh and we have a soul. I understand we are not little gods per se, yet we are elevated in Him even while on this earth. That elevation is tabernacled in a servants body and we are to serve Him first and others as unto Him. But to suggest the “spiritual cannot judge spiritual things” I believe is incorrect. I understand we must follow Him in our judgments as the Holy Spirit leads, but we all have certain personalities that may lend one direction over another. Without going off basis or out of context I see a difference in how Paul handled things over Peter, yet we are all expected to follow Christ, and any of us may need a course correction at any moment.
Now having said all that I am not giving a license to Christian’s yielding to an unrenewed mind, instead of the mind of Christ in them, nor to a flesh that has not been crucified in Christ. Yet to give blanket statements that we are not God like Jesus was and therefore our disposition should never be as His in some of His harsh statements is not completely honest with scripture, it seems.
Yes, I could be wrong in some of what I believe and I do want to continue yielding the the fruit of my born-again spirit given by the Holy Spirit, but at the same time, you cannot always judge anger nor harsh words based on the words themselves, but perhaps it is what is coming out of the heart.
We are to hate evil and the devil, but not people, I understand. There is true “hate speech” but it has to do more with what is coming out of the heart than “only” the mouth. Without confusing this issue any further I do understand what comes out of our mouths is not to be bitter water, but am saying what “first” makes it bitter is where it is flowing from!
Perhaps “bitter” is how certain things are received not how they left the heart of a servant of God.
The rhetoric is not the same on all sides! Please stop judging Trump's heart just because you don't understand his personality!
Look closely at what he says and does. Watch his motives.
Be careful a lot of what he is doing lines up to a lot of things lines up to a lot of the descriptions of the Anti Christ.

You’re saying the rhetoric is not the same on all sides. You may be thinking of what types of rhetoric or degrees on how many people use rhetoric against each other, but Dr. Brown’s point is this, any rhetoric that is unhealthy exaggerated or ungodly is totally bad on all sides. Any rhetoric whether if it’s subvert or overt it’s totally bad on all sides. And when it comes with, judging trump and his attitude, there’s a time and a place to make a judgment call because some of his attitude or satire is obvious. Dr. Brown is making a moral observation about trumps personality not because that Dr Browns thinks he’s better than Trump but rather dr. Brown’s know God he knows the scripture and he knows the dangers of giving in to unhealthy, satire or provocative joking. Course Donald Trump is not a clean cut politician he’s a politically incorrect persona, and sometimes being politically incorrect, is necessary to get the truth out but sometimes being politically incorrect sometimes doesn’t help if you don’t have a godly attitude. I pray this makes sense though.

Jesus came to bring a Kingdom not a religion. There is no such thing as a Christian Consevative or Liberal.
There is no room for hatred even of perceived enemies.
Point people to the King and the Kingdom. The Good News of the Kingdom is Jesus has come and has started taking over the Government of the world. At present there are two Kingdom but Jesus will return and finish the job.

Political correctness is worn out and usually doesn't get you anywhere, especially with crooked politicians. This is how Trump is fighting for us. That naturally makes him a lightning rod, and he relishes it! He's a fighter by nature! He sometimes says things that are out of line, but people are willing to overlook that because they can see the big picture. We all know he's not a perfect man. God used imperfect people all throughout the Bible. Ted Cruz is a very strong fighter, but he has a very polished tone. He's a trained lawyer and a National champion debater. Sometimes you take the good with the bad. Maybe Donald Trump is just the person that God is using to shake things up in Washington. How many people could ever endure what Trump has? He's certainly exposed a lot of the corruption in Washington!
