The judgement is shocking, particularly in its determination of the "Public Interest." The blurring of the line between the private and public spheres raises concerns. It is problematic here because it raises questions about how the court determines what falls under the umbrella of public interest.
Furthermore, the court's instruction to parliament to amend legislation that was carefully crafted to protect human rights is troubling. Rather than deriving its authority from society, the court seems to be prescribing how society should be governed, rather than interpreting existing laws. This approach is unsettling, to say the least.

These captured judges have made it their mission to violate every constitutional right of Zuma. This ruling will never apply to any other person in SA except for Zuma. Ramaphosa donations that drew huge public interest are still sealed and he gets full protection of these captured judges. The right to privacy does not exist for Zuma even revealing his medical records.

Question here is not about access to his tax records but to check if he was compliant as the number citizen. Was he submitting and declaring his income/side hustles while in office, and that nothing was done to him which proves the point that NPA/RS were indeed 'captured'. Look how Government is giving handouts to young women having babies whilst in school? That was unheard of in our time...we were not even paid for maternity leave. I have read the State Capture and I did watch the proceedings for 3 years. There is no finding in the report against Zuma..none, zero. There is a recommendation for further investigation into Zuma's appointment of the Board led by Dudu Myeni at SAA. There evidence against Glencore and Ramaphosa (who was once chairman of Glencore) was ignored, among other things.
