According to Creative, this soundbar has 160W peak power / 80 RMS in total. This 2.1 channel soundbar has 2X 2.25" speakers and uses Bluetooth 5.0. I do believe for its price, this unit is a good alternative to replace your original TV sound or improve your computer audio.

My BPL 49 inches 4k led tv unable to connect creative stage 169w soundbar, because b tv No hdmi arc, optical, aux ports. Working only blue tooth. Pl advice how to connect wire connection.

does the Bass, treble and volume reset to default values on power off? can it be fixed with any firmware update??

Returning mine today, i dont know how so many youtube sites say this is a great sound bar. I set mine up , played with Bluetooth, HDMI Arc and it sounded similar to my Vizio TV speakers. Very poor sound quality, even when adjusting the bass and treble. The woofer is cheap quality, feels like cardboard, remote was descent. Will return and get the VIZIO 2.0 Home Theater Sound Bar .
is it better than jbl bar 2.0...because in my country jbl 8 dollar cheaper than creative stage

I bought this one based or reviews on UA-cam such as this one, with everyone and their grandma praising it for its quality sound and low cost, and I was very disappointed when I heard it. It sounds like the sound is coming out of a tin can. The equalizer on the remote didn't help much either.
Obviously I wasn't expecting it to sound incredible, but for over $100, it should've been somewhere middle of the road, but it sounded rather similar to a $30 portable Bluetooth speaker.

can't help but to comment that...this sound bar is just not up to par for those who are looking for a decent speaker. I've owned the T40 and both Stage v2, and i packed up my Stage v2 right after listening to it for 5 mins. T40 is just too much better in terms of clarify, mid, and even the bass. T40 may not have the punchiness on the bass but the overall clarity and fullness of the sound make up to it. Stage v2 sounds... hollow, empty, muddy bass, blurry mid, and..just not as good as reviewed by many online.
commenting this so that ppl will not regret like i do after buying Stage v2. and the price for T40 is the same as Stage v2 now (promotion from Creative Lab in SG).
Yes, creative gigaworks T40 doesn't have the connectivity options like bluetooth, but the sound is just at another whole new level as compared to Stage v2.

Most of the time I have Sennheiser's high end headphones on when listening to music, so I'm not having high expectations from any speakers/soundbars in this price range, if you know what I mean :D
Just moved, currently trying to figure out a solution for my living room and StageV2 just appeals to me for the price and connectivity options, as I want to have my TV, laptop and evtl. phone connected to it /would definitely preffer Bluetooth for the phone/ or when used as a party speaker...
To the point why I'm even replying.
By "T40", are you reffering to Samsungs T40m Soundbar, or Creatives GigaWorks T40 speakers?
@@VaclavM hi. I was referring to gigaworks T4. From your reply, it seems u do have some requirements for audio. I think u will be disappointed as I did if u r to go for the stage v2.
But something to take note of. If u need a speaker with deeper / heavier bass regardless of the clarity, stage v2 does offer that though.

I've spent like 4 hours digging deeper and deeper😅, at this point I am looking at Yamaha YHT4950 or 4960 av receivers with 5.1, proper stuff.
