No delay in that circuit you're gonna burn out that motor. It needs time to stop and you need a way to stop people from changing directions too fast.

Yes. But the trainer is simply to teach them about the FWD REV contactors, they learn how to incorporate the timers later on. Interesting though, the motors last for years even though they are beat up daily.
