Qualified for Champs for the first time after a 10 year lay off. I am still rubbish at this game but it seems I have improved. Won all my qualifiers but got annihilated 1:6 by a cutback merchant at first owner fiesta. Probably what I have to expect when entering FUT champs 🤣

Plus cut back merchants are FIFA cancer ,if you even attempt one against me I take it personally ,just mechanics boosters no skill all exploitation. Here's some advice from a long long time player (got videos on twitch showing how easily you can destroy cut back and one on one merchants )........... Crazy as this will sound only sprint when you've got a few yards and tap it don't hold......... Also forget driven passes ,lobbed passes are so effective against short ball players that constantly play a short threw ball and finally ,don't be afraid to call your second defender ,mark his best option and you'll hardly see the ball in your half ,also pacey CBS are a must my boy ,go forth and create magic my g,if anybody else sick of cut back merchants the advice is here ,trust me I've made people rage quit after going three nill up on me to lose the lead within 15 passes ,main thing is forget sprinting until your clean through then spam it ,if your a weaker player it will help u get used to the ai and controller

Best tip is don't buy gold players. They depreciate so fast you'll be losing money as fast as you're earning it.
Buy special cards that have a stable price or have reached something close to their discard value.
Matchmaking bullshit, im div 8 new fifa player here, learn to contain roght switch defensing and im getting put vs monster players that have 1mil gold teams and play like they are atleast 5-6 div over me. Theres no matxhmaking here
Exactly this is why fifa is so shit now in the old days you could jump on rivals and come against reasonable teams now every dickhead and their grandma have all these mad cards its hard to win unless theyre shit at the game
Bruh when you realize you sit around every single day playing fifa 💀 like for 5+ hours a day. Trying to qualify for finals, lost 3 matches so far, trying Friday cause supposedly all the good players qualify by then 😂
