Very good video and presentation, but actually i think these prices are mostly for semi-urban areas. In most urban areas, metropolitan areas the cost will easily go upwards of 25 lacs

I have plot in Patna ,size of plot is 52x52
I Want to construct my house in future , initially it will be constructed g+4 after that it will go upto g+7 ,I want to know the full details of drainage system layout and electrical layout properly so that no problem of any kind will arise in future
The material will be used TMT/TMX BAR FE 550 CRSD,M25 grade concrete in pile ,column,footing,plinth beam,beam,slab etc

Excellent presentation. I think boundary wall cost, Electricity consumer cost, Windows grill cost, Roof wall cost, Borewell cost including submersible pump cost etc are not mentioned. It's an excellent presentation. In india we use brick, cement in large quantity . While if I see in USA single story spacious bungalows use , wooden structure for roof and walls . The plinth and some portions plus colums are of cement and steel reinforcements. Walls have some special material ,and such the wall is sort of hollow.

Yes but in india due to humid climate and heavy monsoon, wooden structures are not feasible and also wood is costly. But in usa wood is readily available and this from many centuries they are building wooden houses with all modern technologies.

Amazing calculation Nd so precise..I constructed house, ground floor, in 2600 sqft area but engineer lied to me and said it will be completed in 25 lakh bit actual cost reached 40 lakhs and I became so helpless .ground floor ka cost 1500- 1800 sqft ata with finishing...
