Yes. They like to cherry pick certain incidents of violence & highlight it to show that non Muslims are being treated badly. I am not saying racial flare ups don't happen in Muslim countries, they do. But in any multiracial countries having racial tensions every now & then is normal. I can only think of Singapore where there is a large multicultural society and have zero racial flare ups throughout their history. I can't think of any other multi racial/ethnic countries where racial flare ups never happened post WW2. Even in the US racial riots are out of control.

If you walk in Senegal, you wouldn't know who is muslim or christian we all dress the same with no differences. Actually Senegal is known for being a model in secularism, muslims and christians usually celebrate their holidays together and share food and everything

These are small details in societies that are characteristic of each country, but they fall under the umbrella of Islam, since Islam sets general rules, everything is available to eat except pigs, everything is allowed to drink except alcohol, modest dress. and other rules.
By the way, most African countries were Muslim before European colonialism, as were East Asian countries such as the Philippines, India and some regions of China. Therefore, the concept of Muslim countries is unimaginably diverse. And here it is important to distinguish what is Islamic and what is from the culture of the people themselves. In the part of Africa were I came from, West Africa, Islam was in my region since the 1400s.
As to your question why are there now no longer Christians and Jews in the countries you mentioned, ask your Christian and Jewish brothers for an answer.

You don't have to be hard on somebody trying to learn about different religions and cultures. He is not an arab to say 'Adhan' instead of 'alarm'. He's speaking to the best of his sincerity.
Islam teaches us to be accommodating of people trying to learn the religion, with wisdom and courtesy. Be more polite, brother.

To be honest we are 95% of muslim but the country is pretty secular. The majority of women don’t wear hijab, they wear sexy clothes etc, and we are pretty tolerant. Senegalese Christians are our brothers and we share the culture. On Eid (our 2 greats celebrations), we offer them dishes and on Easter or Christmas they do the same. And believe me some (a lot 💀) drink, fornicate, party…
