I think she s mixed the concepts of Soulmate and Twin Flame. As per my understanding, Twin Flames can't be platonic and only partners can be twin flames because of the strong sexual pull. Soul mates however can be friends, parent-child, siblings etc.

I'm studying about twin flames and soulmates for 4-5 years now and according to me the guest in podcast messed up between two because as long as i know soulmates can be anyone it means people who belong to same soul family and twin flames are one soul in two body , we got atleast 3-4 soulmates per life who can be anyone but we got only one twin flame and not everyone has twin flame it's rarest for example shiv and shakti they are twin flames moreover people have lot of opinion for this so no offence to the guest .

I don't agree twinflames cannot be gender specific its true but father -son or mother -daughter duo they can be your soulmates. I remember hearing about this soulmate and twinflame thing some years ago in different videos and the people in those videos said the exact opposite of whatever this lady said.
