Okay... I'm only going to say this once, because I personally talked to Johnny. Stop saying he's trying to be like The Weeknd, or whoever you think he sounds like. He looks up to these guys, and as guys, I mean Drake, JMSN, PARTYNEXTDOOR and those other guys, I know The Weeknd is 1 person because I'm a die hard fan of his, new sounds come weekly from many new artists... these artists leaves pieces of Art that can be used differently in their own way. Johnny himself actually tried talking to The Weeknd about making a song together, sent him messages and everything, his crew knows about Johnny and listens to his music, but XO crew won't respond back. Now that Johnny has a family, he might push harder to getting where wants to be, or he will be thankful for where he's at in this point. Just because an Artist that has a drug type sound doesn't mean that they're trying to be like each other... It's not the artist, it's YOU guys... you guys love the sound so they're giving you what YOU want to hear and LOVE. You're comparing all of this like Bobby Brown, Eddy Murphy, TKO are copy cats, NO, NO, NO, NO. It's YOU GUYS, THE FANS, THE GENERATION, This drug type sound is the 2010s GENERATION, this is our DECADE, enjoy it because there will be new music introducing when 2020 comes.
