Weighing packs is much much harder now with the addition of the code cards. It is supposed to account for the extra weight that an Ultra Rare card adds to a pack. So the white codes are lighter than the green ones.

I'm pretty sure you can't weigh the packs anymore. The white and green code cards weigh less than the solid green ones, making up for the weight difference. Not a 100% sure if there is no possible way to weigh them though
