It was mainly because it was in vietnam. Most of the toilets there have less powerful flushing so its a recipe for disaster.

Can’t throw toilet paper in the toilet in third world countries or else it will clog the toilets. Usually only fancy restaurants or hotels have that luxury but most toilets can’t handle the toilet paper. Also, make sure you flush between shits if it’s a big shit. Minimizes the smell and prevents creating a cauldron of shit, piss and in this case blood too lol

I thinkkk toilets in such areas are just not really designed to handle much toilet paper at all, let alone that much toilet paper. Since toilet paper generally isn't used, so the flushing power doesn't have to be strong, and the plumping doesn't have to be all that serious. But anyway yea that situation sucks. It's fucked up when that bullshit happens, and then you're just stuck not knowing what to do. Seemingly not cool of the partner, but I don't know the dynamic.
