absolutely, it amazes me how often police seem to be against this kind of transparency that so quickly clears them of wrong doing, and then why sometimes it takes so long for police to release stuff like this sometimes.

@@thomasnew8606 I have seen plenty of raw video where the police are clearly in the wrong every step of the way.
One channel to look up for more examples then you ever wanted to k own about is Lack Luster, sometimes it starts with a person being slightly suspicious (filming from public property) and ends with police being belligerent and making false arrests.
One example an officer arrests a man for DUI after he blows 0.00
The officer said "I smell alcohol" near the start (a lie) and then once he got the 0.00 the officer says "must be pot"
When they are doing good like they do here (or many of Doughnut Operator's videos) you will have a hard time finding someone more pro-police then me.
But when they pull over a drunk of duty cop doing over 100mph and sound like they just lost a puppy because they have to charge him with something? Well, that's a problem.

      @lothropstoddardiii6231 Рік тому +17

      why?
The reality in our current society is a nightmare for most men.
Most are addicts who are criminally inclined or worse, and they have brains that haven't fully developed from abusing drugs both prescribed and otherwise(like weed) from so early on in their life.
Yes, abusing marijuana when you are 12 is not healthy and not the greatest idea for a young, developing mind.
But it will get much worse.
There is nothing to live or fight for or identify with in our culture.
Everyone is not gay, contrary to what TV and media claims.
Human beings need a sense of purpose and we lack the basic things that give people this.
Culture, civic duty , family etc etc
When society can longer promise young men a family and a living wage, what do we exist for?
Why should they care about their life or anyones life?
Then you pair all of this with the lack of discipline most kids are exposed to...and its a perfect storm.
Stuff like this is becoming common and we will see more of it as the USA devolves into Brazil.
Arming yourself and getting away from cities is a great start to avoiding a lot of the upcoming political and social violence that will be ignored by law enforcement.
      Stay safe...and dont bother voting.
Its all bS and it gives authority to the illegitimate system

Life is nothing already. There is no god there is no hell, we are just here. Then you die and it's all over. The world has been around for millions of years you only get 0-100 years if you're lucky. The time you get is only a grain of sand vs all the sand in the world. Nothing matters in this world other than stuff that matters to you. Just because some Karen didn't like something 10000000 years ago doesn't mean we have to follow that now. People don't kill and grap each other because the only thing stopping them is the person it's self not laws not what dead people said you have to live your life. This is all for nothing you're here to wait around an die why you deal with the bs world dead people say you have to deal with. Lots of people don't want this life hell when I was 5 and seen how people truly are and how this world will truly do you I stopped wanted this life too. I'm not working my whole life for $10+ to keep someone rich why they get to go on trips fuk whores buy the best coke their little bitch kids never know what it's like to be without stuff why you try to feed your kids. This world is so fuked you got kids crying about nothing online in there big house on there $1k+ phone why kids around the world get their heads cut off by other kids because adults make them in their army. You got 5 year olds in africa with aids getting grapped by grown men that no one does anything looking like the jews in camps because they don't eat even tho people in the US have been sending over $19.99 each month for the last 80 years but they still live like that. Drinking water that's black that animals won't even drink. idk this is shit that makes you just not want this.

For those confused why someone would act this way when the cops were just trespassing them from the store, trespassing charges require ID, and this guy had warrants.

    • @DP-bj3jw
      @DP-bj3jw Рік тому +4

I think people are confused because any business owner technically has the "show me your papers" ability because they can trespass for whatever they like. If you go into walmart wearing a red shirt and the manager likes blue shirts, the manager can technically force you to show the cops your identification to get you trespassed. Since for this trespass they weren't told to leave the store initially by management. The officer asked the manager if he wanted them trespassed as they were leaving and as soon as she said yes, it turned into "Now you have to show me your ID"
      It shouldn't be that easy.
It's even worst when you say you never been to the business before and the officer responds with "That's fine, the business still has the right to trespass you therefore I need your ID"
There has to be another way to trespass someone without having to provide ID.
This was a justified shooting and this is what you get for stealing, but a lot of people have serious conflicts with how trespass orders are dished out especially for some who claim they never been to the business before.

It was the Gun and him knowing if they found it, and who he was, he was going to prison for at least a year.
This is why he couldn't do something so simple. He resisted hard because he was trying to get to his gun. That's what the fight was all about. If he had gotten to his gun he was going to try to shoot his way out of there.
There have been police officers killed when a criminal got out of a struggle, reached for his gun and shot the officer.
The police were right to shoot him.

It's laughable you think most police are well trained enough to hit someone in the arm on purpose during a stressful situation.
Even if they could, you don't know if that will stop him or not. They are trained to neutralize the threat in the most effective way, and usually when that comes to firearms that's a center mass shot.
Honestly, I find a single head shot execution style to be a little off putting, but it did what needed to be done. Not to mention the man survived, and is in jail. So it did exactly what it was supposed to do, even in your scenario. One shot, stopped him, everyone lived.
The man was going for a gun (that had no serial number, so illegal), to shoot cops, with people around, because he got caught stealing. Why are you on his side???
Why should the police risk their own or others lives with that arm shot?

Just to think about things in clear 20/20 hindsight, he more than likely resisted because the officers are the ones with the power to act on his warrants and penalize him for carrying a firearm. With active warrants he doesn't have a legal Concealed Carry permit so he is catching a firearms charge if he is searched, which once the officers find his knife and are escorting him out he is being searched when they get to the patrol car to get his information for the "No Trespass" order they are going to put on them.
Again I agree that LP's should not be the ones doing this. Officers are trained and equipped to deal with potentially violent criminals.

The thief may have been on probation or parole for other crimes and believed he had nothing to lose. Some people would rather die than be confined to a cage for most of their life. This is why if you are in a position where you're defending your home and the burglar decides to flee, it may be best to let them go. In fact I'd be inclined to order them to leave. Attempting to detain them will place your life between them and freedom. IMHO it is better to allow them an avenue of escape and then let the cops try to chase them down.

I was falsely accused of stealing at the self-checkout at Walmart. Loss prevention re-scanned all of my groceries to find out there was no theft. That wasn't the end as they took me to the interrogation room and continued to treat me like a criminal. I totally went off on 'em verbally. No cops were called and I still shop at the store and have no beef with the loss prevention person as we converse when I see her. Advice: scan each item clearly for the camera above to see what you're doing and do not use the hand scanner in the cart while all your items are in the cart. Remember, if the cops come, you are AUTOMATICALLY guilty. That's how it works.

They said they were going to ID him for trespassing and he had multiple outstanding warrants. Obviously doesn't justify his actions, but it would make his (fucked up) thought process more understandable. If he had just gone along with going outside and giving them his ID he would have gone to jail. Some people would rather be dead than go to jail, and if that's their preference, great, go ahead and oblige them.
