In a book series I read, the main character’s boyfriend got in a car accident. Their relationship is very near and dear to my heart (and it’s also the main focus of the series) and the protagonist stayed in the hospital beside him until he was no longer unconscious. The book series is called The Christy Miller Series but what I mention was in the second series. I totally recommend you read it Sugar! It’s a Christian romance novel and it’s super good!
