They finally decided to make Jubei an actual character. Honnestly before this update they didn't even bother to finish the character that was actually so stupid.
He's bordeline top tier in 1.5, he deals a lot of damage, ignore neutral like a mad man, mix you to death, running everywhere on screen, probably one of the best BB characters in term of tier along with his wife In this 2.0 update, he still does all of the above while he can air stall, have his parries back, groundslam that open a more stable combo route and probably still one of the best BB characters along with Nine and Susan

Always gets me hype to see Jubie combos. It felt like a struggle to play him before the patch but now it's time to beat a tank with a two tailed cat.
