I think Ringo will be fine! He is just turning 22 if I am not mistaken and still developing. I see him starting opposite Mitchell next year with DeJean playing the Big nickel role and roaming around the middle of the field. If he is it ready then they will resign Rodgers and keep Ring for continued development. They invested a 3rd round pick to get him. He’s big, physical, fast be has to learn how to play this off zone style of coverage.

@@evilwonder9840 Kenny G isn't bad but he was pretty mid last season, 2TDs on 112 touches (rec+rush). Boston Scott in his day had way more of a nose for tds...Kennys only game w over 90 total yards was v the Giants in the playoffs a couple years ago when the eagles were up 28-0 at half. I had high hopes for gainwell and love watching him play, but RBs like him are super replaceable. He def made big plays and showed promise as a rookie, but I think this is def his last year as an eagle. Shipley was drafted in the 4th round for a reason.
I truly believe the Eagles know what they have in Ringo as to why to CB’s were drafted high in the draft. That should’ve put everyone on notice and that includes Slay. The ideal situation for 2025 would probably be Mitchell, Rodgers, Dejean, Gardner-Johnson, and Brown as your secondary starters. With Blankenship, Ringo, Stephens, Hall and maybe Ricks as your backups.

I think ppl rate him highly bc of his playoff run 2y ago (esp the giants game) and bc he made some timely plays his rookie season.. he's not good, but hes a decent 3rd rb. He stunk last year, but so did the entire team. All that said, I don't think he's on the roster by 2025. Last season was his chance to prove something, and he played poorly on a bad offense that was coached horrifically

This video was pretty click-baity, musta been a slow news week. I think you mis-stated the LB group, especially when they brought in linebackers last year. Generally, there is a bunch of time before any roster decisions are made, and injuries usually play their part eventually.

I wanted to add about will Shipley he's more like saquan meaning will Shipley is very good at receiving out of the backfeild even split out so thats something we haven't seen in gainwell is his receiving and route running but I look at will Shipley as a poor man's Barkley does all the same things but at a lesser level so I actually see will Shipley being rb2 because swapping saquan out u wouldn't have to change anything cause if the play is motion the RB to the slot Shipley can do that so that's why I like the pick for saquas backup and he can learn a lot from saquan
Look at the depth at DL if someone goes down the eagles are in trouble they got to many defensive backs trade one or two and add a defensive tackle.

I think everybody in general likes Nakobe because he’s a high character guy team first guy, etc. And we all thought that we were going to get the captain of the Georgia defense from a couple of years ago. He’s a cerebral player -but the reality is that he’s just not physical enough for this level. His body can’t withstand a 17 game season and playoffs vs 12 games in college with a very heavy big man rotation in front of him
I’m still hopeful that he could maybe show some signs but we also have to be realistic
I said when we drafted him big mistake dude to small for LB at the NFL level that was my words when they called his name big difference from Dean throwing collage kids around to now banging with grown men that are 300 pounds and even RB in the NFL are bigger than Dean

BRUH 1) Just because A. Smith and Cooper Dejean were good returners in college mean they will come in and be good in the NFL. Like Covey was the BEST return guy in the NFL last year. J.Maclin was a great returner in college but wasn't good in the NFL at doing that. Just because you are excitied about the new toy means the returning player is under pressure from them at every position. 2) Trottter Jr. is N. Dean but he played in a lesser confrence is college. Has Dean set the world on fire no but to even act as if he is a legit problem for Dean is hype.

What does he do that makes him a viable option at RB2?
