Cooking Greek pasta

Eleni Grigorakou, who runs the traditional taverna Pyrostia at the village of Koupia in the Peloponnese prefecture of Laconia, gives journalists a cooking lesson at Eumelia Organic Agrotourism Farm & Guesthouse. She teaches guests how to make local specialties like Laconian gogges, a type of pasta, and saitia, a pie filled with wild greens and cheeses.
