Pro tip: if you cant use the world cup mode, just put him in santos he plays there (Note: if you want to find santos, go to commebol and then go to the league selection there is the brazilian league there)
Nah i just use Besiktas for career mode and use that for Santos because the kit looks similar and they don't have the licensing to put the Brazilian league in the game the only way you can play as Santos in Kick-off or go back into the past and play FIFA 22 where Santos and the league was actually playable in career mode (they also had the Mexican league in FIFA 22)
