How is it possible to have a couch or seating area out in the open near water? Wouldnt the rain destroy the couch and the heat?
Its furniture created for the outdoors. When its not being used they probably have a cover for it.

When we filmed it it wasnt for sale. We did it for the interior designer. That said, that place could easily sell for $19-25 million.
