@@DanasGardenRetreat you can just do it in a large pot with a lid. Old school. You just boil it until you can see the meat or anything done. About 3 hrs slow simmer for meats raw, add your salt, seasonings, herbs etc. veg just salt about 1 hour low simmer bath. Just make sure the mason or bell lids are covered with your water. X

If you can, start canning or jarring food. It's fab and tastes wonderful. Meats veg etc. all you need is fire to cook. Sorry😢
