What?! That was from 2016... Please, do some research before adding stupid comments. Also, in case you need to be educated further, it's a song written and performed by an Irish band about our fight for our independence in 1916...
It does not matter in the least when it was broadcast or what the performer sings about. Nor does it matter that the people present in the studio at the time have little to do with the situation in Ukraine and Russia today. What matters most is that the creator of this material does not take into account the feelings of some people by carelessly adding a Russian theme to it. And that's about it.

The song became Irelands winning anthem during the recent Rugby World Cup. Do you REALLY think most English people would have an issue with it if we played it after beating them? It's them our grandparents and great-grandparents fought for our independence.
