Not drafting Michael Pittman is a bad take Zach… he’s consistently produced in real life and in fantasy since he’s joined the league. Regardless of how you feel about AR5 he’s produced with less talented QB’s. He should be just fine with a QB taken in the 1st round.

I agree. I would much rather have Pittman than Devonta Smith or a Tee Higgins because he’s the clear cut WR1 in his offense with top 15 upside.

I do get the concerns with Kyren and Corum and think they’ll actually help each other but I think the RB “usage” isn’t much of an issue here. After Gurley they drafted Akers who was supposed to be their lead guy but consistently got hurt starting in ~10 games in each of 2020 and 2022 which was why his totals were so low not to mention in and out of the doghouse all the time and missed all of 21 with a torn Achilles. But Kyren handled 55% of the teams backfield carries in 2023 and finished RB7, he could easily see more usage this year in terms of overall volume, but per game usage will decrease and so will his FPPG. But I think the upside is just too high especially going late 2nd early 3rd in a bunch of UD drafts

I love Kyren as well. But his ADP is too spicy for me 🌶️
People aren’t gonna like it but honestly I feel the same way about Kyren going into this year. Yeah, he won a lot of people (including me) their championships last year, but I’m super hesitant that he gets the same workhorse load

@andrew1023 very different situations.
- Puka's Rookie season is the best of all-time, hard to negate that
- Puka has no injury history that concerns us
- Rams didn't add a threat at WR this off-season

I haven’t seen Kyren go past the early-mid 2nd in any draft I’ve been in on any format. Which site are you drafting on? 😅
I have Pittman in dynasty, and trying to tier down to grab a high upside WR2 and a decent pick. So far the best offers I have is DHop and a mid 2025 1, or Spears & Jayden Reed.
This is a 12 team SF dynasty, no TEP. Whats a decent high upside WR to target?
none of those options really intrigue me based on his current market value tbh
Just sold Pittman in a 12 team start 11 for Hopkins, Pearsall, Gus Bus & Goedert

Didn’t Mahomes finish as QB 1 in 2022 with a receiving core of Juju, MVS, and Toney? Now he has a receiving core of Rice, Hollywood Brown, and Worthy.
He was the QB2 on a PPG basis but that was before the team changed their identity in 2023 🙏🏼
Would me giving up in a 10 man superflex 25 1st and 2nd, 26 1st, Warren, Kirk and Kmet for jjetta is that over pay? I would have Puka Lamb and jjetta with odunze, Ladd Watson as depth
Great work although controversial to some, I agree with all of these. It might not be what you want to hear but realistically the flags at cost are there for all players.

People don't realize this isn't a video about who is good or who is bad it's about who is way overvalued. All these guys are good football players but there are way better options who are equal or younger that will put up better numbers at later adp. When Zack says they will tank your team he means drafting them at there adp means your giving up drafting better players and you can get the same production with younger less name value players in later rounds!

Yeah man, I mention in the video that I do think he will be great this year but there are enough red flags for me to let someone else draft him at his ADP 🙏🏼
@@FantasyLandFootball yea but the running back position by nature has red flags all over every player but few give you this level of upside. And at the minimum he will keep his pass catching work and his efficiency should still hold. Great video tho always good to hear other perspectives
I only draft on underdog and mahomes is in 45 percent of my drafts. He goes in round 4 or 5 sometimes tho

I agree with all players, with possible exception of Godwin.
News that Godwin will be moving back to the slot receiver role where he flourished earlier in his career, before being moved to an outside WR in 2023, leave me hopeful.
i can respect it!! I do worry about McMillan playing in the slot as well
The issue for Kyren isn't necessarily Corum...it's his foot issue that he's coming into the season with...same foot issues that caused him to miss 4/ 5 games in the middle of last fantasy season
Also, ESPN is the punching bag for fantasy rankings and ADP's...they're atrocious 🤮

both kyren and Pittman will produce I had them both last year
They were fantastic last year and they will produce this year. However we have to recognize that both of their situations have drastically changed from last year to this year 🙏🏼
Disagree about Godwin. He’s moving back to the slot and he’s a slot god
Yeah I’ve heard that report, it certainly is nice to hear but I view Jalen McMillan as a slot specialist so I’m not sure exactly if their words will align with their actions. Will be fun to see!

Mahomes will throw 50 tds again. Not saying it will be this year, but it will happen and that's gonna be a chip in the bag. Thats my rationale to draft him whenever he falls to me.
KC had the highest drop percentage from WR last year. There's going to be a better catch % and Mahomes will put up the numbers he did before. How is Josh Allen not a concern with no top WR???

Kyren’s talent and production is not comparable too akers or a gray haired sony. Those guys are essentially out of the league. The reason mcvay switched every year is because they sucked
I don’t disagree but that doesn’t negate the fact that McVay found it necessary to spend a Day 2 pick on Blake Corum in a weak RB class. He has a role in mind for him, we just need to figure out how quickly that will be deployed in season 🤝
There’s no reason to avoid Kittle ever. He’s never had a season worse than TE 5 outside of his rookie year
