He is probably using a 4x/8x/16x slowmo, records, and then speeds everything up in the video editor, as I highly doubt that there are PCs able to process this amount of cars on max settings and in real time (except some really high-end ones).

I can try to get that done, but first they have to add the new AI system. So we have to wait a bit more :)
