Be sure to subscribe if youre new! also on the topic of QTEs other than shadow step, they're not the strongest skills theyre just always on, so dont take them too too high atm.
also don't forget, that your skills also depend on the enemy you are going to fight. For example against Igris i would recommend you to use 2 skills with the break effect since he has a strong shield which he is refreshing all the time and while you break it you can deal way more dmg to the boss

I acciendlty found out that getting the runes also levels up your skill. I got the mission to use those blue crystals to make a rune why not do three of them since i had 300. Leveled up 3 of my skill while obtaining the runes.
Not 100% sure if its only low-level or first time obtaining it but doesnt work all the time.
when you look at the skill at the bottom, it usually says when equipped (registering), skill +1 or skill +2, it only triggers the first time you get a rune you didnt have before. if you got a dupe rune from that skill, then it doesnt trigger the skill level up :)

I have been re rolling but the best I have gotten is bloom and Vulcan. I don’t have any SSR hunters but Is this good enough to start?

the Commanders touch for aoe crowd control and the deaths dance for heavy immense breakage and mutilate... because its basically Vergils Judgement cut End
problem is ur basically forced to take break skills in story but for certain bosses in other modes this would be really good
double slash for me is one of the better choices before igris and even after that u summon circle who do dot (dmg over time) and also have really high dmg with ur basic rune and have one of the lowest cooldown from any skills u can spam it again and again if u dont run comander touch to gather rest of the mobs in one place for dragon or other single bosses double slash is great

maybe because u already unlocked this skill when u fused the fragments before u get it after igris fight. it happened to me

The Commander's Touch is my favorite skill but it seem doesn't to work very well against bosses.
Yeah it's not the best vs bosses because they can't be knocked down and stuff. It's more of a DPS I'm that case

I just got the Pummel rune and it's insanely good, I mean it has reset cooldown every time I manage to land the attack.

For IOS you change your region to Thailand. Canada does not work. For PC you can get tunnel bear is a free vpn for Canada
