Hello Attorney, I love jour job and your video and so I wanted to know if a personal statement gets submitted along with the evidence at the same time
What if i havent include any detail in my personal statement when i submitted application? Can i resubmit again? And do i need to include all those details from the first statement? Please do reply

Hi Respected Brian your video is very helpful helps me to write my Statement but the issue which i am facing is different I am International student in New York and what happen i am unable to continue my studies any more because of some personal issues so college issue me Termination Notice because my course will finish in December 2023, and i am unable to continue any more how long i can stay on F1 and try to find other college any time duration or how long i will be legal in US ?

What if the US country report is less than accurate? For example, the report claims that Political Opinion is protected, yet it is painfully missing from federal and most provincial legislation. Websites, phone calls, UN reports all confirm this. As an HRD should that legal analysis be presented? How about the "Rule of law is respected" when there is historic evidence it is not? Sorry. Your going to/charge me double aren't you?? I've done a lot of the work! And if they ask " how many times?" Ugh the documents show " countless", so dystopian.
Can you be deported without passport?
They issue an emergency passport to deport if they have decided to deport someone.
I think some other 'travel document' gets issued. Not having a passport would not likely delay deportation. Not legal advice, not a lawyer.
