2004 Otis Gen2 Lift with a Rare Announcement - Mayfair House, Plymouth

This lift likes to call floor 1 and 3 "4th Basement" but I'm glad it does as I've never heard a 4th Basement announcement before.
This lift is quite efficient and rather quick.
