If budget is not a constraint then go with the Backbone as it also has an Audio port for connecting your headphones. Bluetooth earphones will always have some lag while gaming.
I agree with most of what u've said but as for compatibility issues, all the games that have otg controller support wil work ...codm doesn't work coz it only supports bluetooth connection ...as for the other games u mentioned, they don't even have any controller support in the first place ...so games like warzone mobile, pascal's wager, dan the man, carx street work perfect ..also, u could try some gamepad mapping apps like the mantis gamepad, panda, octopus, to map gamepad controls on those unsupported games

They need to bring support for his device back properly though. Especially since they still manufacture and sell it. There's pros and cons to both the V1 and the V2 so I dont see why they cant coexist

The selling point of the V2 should be it's extra features not the fact it's the only one still supported even though it's not the only one being sold. Idk though. I just like the portability of V1 more, and it's irritating that they just don't support this controller that still has plenty of merit.
Do you know by any chance what the ribbon cable is for the device? Sadly the left of the controller sadly died and from what i could have searched you gonna have to buy a ribbon cable but idk what that is and im scared buying a cable that aint gonna work for this device

I bought it when it first came out... probably my most disappointing tech purchase ever. "I wish, I wish... I didn't kill that fish" Homer Simpson. If I could go back in time I would have saved the money and waited for the Steaamdeck or i donno... shoes? This thing barely works with any games I want to play and when it does... it's not complete. The APP is complete crap too. swear there are zero games worthy or attention in the app list. Works with Emulation so maybe that's it's best function.
Thanks for the suggestion brother, I however, have no interest in picking up one of these mobile Game controllers for now but when I do pick them up if on sale I will certainly review and post back, these are not review units and I purchase everything with my hard earned money, so hope you understand. Trust me when I say this that you are better off buying an Xbox or a PS5 controller to pair with your mobile phone, they offer more flexibility and play with most games.

They dont want the V1 to cannibalise the V2 cause of the price I guess, therefore, the support for the V1 Variant may not be as good.
