when updating to ios 15 some old apps just would not open, this was the case with rayman adventures, ubisoft, instead of fixing it, decided to straight up delete the game
About the Rayman Adventures question it's still possible to download it from APK, but it won't work. The servers are possibly shut down, which can cause this problem.

For Rayman Adventures Ubisoft shut down the servers in 2022 for no reason so yeah that’s why
rayman adventures is not ios only, it was also on android.
Also its only flaw was being endless like candy crush is.
Im pretty sure that in Rayman 3 when you go through the Murphy flying sequence, Raymans legs do touch the water at some point.
