Take 4x16 matrix and each row contains numbers from 0 to 15 randimly and
Repeat the same process for each row.s boxes are not fixed we can change according to requirements

Aes is block cipher and size is not fixed and it is multiples of 128.becuase size of block is 128. If plain text is not multiple of 128 it performs padding. Tq
