Love this! I wish Lost Canvas got more spotlight than it does. It's my personal favorite of the Saint Seiya franchise and one of my favorite shows/mangas. With Sisyphus being one of my favorites, El Cid is my younger sisters favorite. We always thought it was neat how close they are (even in other works and literature) cause her and I are also Sagittarius and Capricorn respectively. But again, really love this tribute.
Hard agree. I made my peace with Omega, but I was so angry that Lost Canvas was ended when the story only got started and we got Omega instead. But damn, Teshirogi is such a fantastic lady. We may never get the complete anime. But she gave us all those Gaidens, and is even now releasing special oneshots now and then. Just last week I bought the volume they were put together in. And what a nice coincidence! 😄 I am a Sagi myself. My younger sister is not a Capricorn, but another Earth sign, Taurus. (All hail Hasgard and Teneo).
@@AiorosSagittarius Definitely, I always tell my sister if I was filthy rich I would due what I could to get it finished. I'd give all my money lol. The Gaidens are a gift for sure, i really wanted more of a story for the gold saints especially on their past's and the Gaidens are a great way for them to have a bigger story. They are all such amazing characters. I haven't read it yet but I want to haha. Ah fellow Sagi! My youngest brother is a Taurus through n through lol. (Haha they seem like they'd be so loving)
@littlebigkicker Thank you very much!^^ Oh well, one can't say El Cid is warmhearted, can one? Let's make a deal. Cid is cold-hearted, or rather abnormally disciplined, but to a certain amount he DOES care about his subordinates.
n.n For me one thing is clear: El Cid is a thousand times better than Shura. A bit too frosty, but a good guy deep within. I am a Sagittarius, and I try to become as close to Aiolos and Sisyphus as possible. I also have a little sister and wished I was a better big sister to her - just like Aiolos was a good brother to Aiolia. And I love Shiori Teshirogi's Lost Canvas! Especially since she started a multichapter Gaiden on every Gold Saint.... I LOVE YOU, TESHIROGI!
@Susana Anjanette In reality, Capricorn is Cold hearted outside but warm and soft in the inside; they're cautious, don't trust in anyone because they think they can do it better alone, they are confident and discipline. Capricorn was born to be a leader, because they know what's better and there are many important Capricorn people in real life (Steve Jobs, Margaret Tatcher and so on). They follow the rules but they don't follow them blindly, they are smart and like to calculate everything. Also you can see his devotion to his friends, Sysyphos and even Saori; Capricorn is a beautiful sign really down to earth.
@Susana Anjanette And... about depression, it's kinda normal for Capricorn but not all Capricorn experiment it everyday. Capricorn has mental battles against themselves, specially when Saturn is in certain places or aligning with other planets. Capricorn can be controlling when they want something, it depends on the situation (eg business) and manipulative. Hahaha. I love them.
@Susana Anjanette And yes, Shura is... boring and sometimes annoying. Kurumada just made him a traitor and Toei just portrayed him as the most loyal Knight (which is something true, Capricorn is extremely loyal to themselves and others)
