I would put this concert in my cassette player and ride from Brooklyn to Manhatten with it on high in a car all by myself. I held it down. I think I was the 5th Winan.
I know what you mean. I was an letter carrier and I use to case that mail up so fast listening to this music in my Walkman. Had my own party going on before I had to go deliver the mail every morning 🌄 Praise God
The Winan brothers and their music have always been a blessing. No matter when you listen to their music, you will be blessed. These brothers are so talented. I know they reach Heaven.❤️
The music that carried me through my varsity years during our tough days of Apartheid in South Africa, just the best in my view. To God be the glory!!!!!
The truth of God never ever gets old, as good today as it was 20 yrs ago. And today people still need a friend in GOD, the GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. GOD don’t take His Spirit away, nor does He leave you, but you can really forfeit your joy and peace, miss blessings, lose health of mind and body if you leave Him to go your own way, but His arm is always stretch out wide if you repent from your way and turn back to GOD ( and that’s Scripture and my testimony).
Where ever i go let your spirit follow me. You can see Teddy Riley and Guy up in the balcony feeling the holy ghost. That song had me crying. I miss the Winans.
This blessed me real good. I'm a preacher now, but I can remember being at my grandma's house listening to my uncle and his friends singing along with this 💿. This is by far my favorite gospel group of all time. Thanks for sharing this gem. It took mw back to my childhood.
Wow!!! The Winans "Return" tour was the best singing concert I've ever attended in my life to date. During this period (early 90's), Pastor Winans in my opinion was the top male singer in any genre. Carvin held down the 1st tenor part for the entire show. Ron, the spirit was evident in him (bless his soul). Poor Teddy Riley, he didn't know what to do after the salvation prayer. You Tube family, let's take up a collection for the brother who posted this video. :) Blessings to him!!!
1990 and a Freshman in Highschool. Just got radically saved that year and saw the Winans perform at Mershon Auditorium at OSU. My friend let me borrow this vhs tape and I watched it non stop. I haven't seen it since but have checked periodically to see if any one pulled this out of the vault and onto UA-cam. I sat here and cried like a baby reminiscing and worshipping the Lord. Looking at Ronald sing with such passion. That was a powerful performance. Thank you so much to the person that posted this.
Bishop Marvin & his brother Ronald (gone home to be with the Lord), definitely have the same tone to their voices. I was so sad when passed but what an amazing testimony of that family's commitment to faith & prayer.
Bishop Marvin is alive and well. His older brother Ronald is the only one that has passed on to glory. Of course their dad Pop Winans has also passed, their mother yet lives.
I definitely have this video in my collection! Love The Winans... Know them Personally. I remember years ago, before Ron Winans passed away, He was such a gentleman! He would pick my sister and I up for Church in his dark blue Bentley, and he would have the music playing in the car; we would all sing together, and he would just smile and sing with us. I carry those special memories in my heart, because he was such a personal friend to my sister and I. Ron would share stories with us about how The Winans first got started; and how BeBe & CeCe got started on PTL gospel Network.... So many great memories! The Winans are a beautiful family, and they truly Love The Lord! I can say this because I've been around them; and I know them personally. Thank you Ruben for posting this! God bless you and The Winans family.
We know the whole family can blow, but Mom Winans brought two of the most incredible voices in the world at the same time with twins Carvin & Marvin!!!
@@FistieSplinters Let me add their brother Daniel to the conversation. . He made me cry with his song " Pressin On". But what a great subject to discuss. The fantastic voices of the Winans family. Mom & Pop can blow too.Amen.
I got this on VHS tape when it first came out played it so much the video tape stopped playing and was watching it on a 33" TV at the time I'm so glad it's on You Tube now I can watch it on 55" Flat Screen with surround sound big big difference. Thank God for technology and the Winans. They put my home town of Detroit, Mich back on the musical map, Detroit has always had great gospel artist, loved those Winan Family Xmas Special at the Fox every year.
I had to go back and pull this song up this morning, we thought it was bad then, but now in this world we have reached an epitome of evil, LORD HELP! Thanks so much dearest Winans!!! Continued blessings to you all! Thank God for you singing many "new" songs when the church really needed one!
They were my grandmothers favorite! We would watch this none stop! Lol miss her so much and thank her for putting me on to them and introducing me to Christ at such a young age 💯🙌🏽

This album came out in 1990, I had just graduated, and was in basic training in Anniston Alabama. I bought the cassette and played it everyday for 6 months straight. Lost 30lbs down to 169. Every day the same with Stevie. Cold song. GOD is real, keep the faith. Every head must bow and Every tongue must confess.
What can I say about this concert? Watched it so many times and it still ministers today after 27 years. My mom has a copy of this 1990 concert by The Winans on VHS. To see that it's finally on UA-cam i'm just speechless as everyone else. Been a fan of The Winans Family ever since I've been introduced to Gospel music. This will always and forever be my favorite concert by The Winans. Rest in Peace Ron Winans.
