Great tips! About practicing improperly, an old boss of mine once told me “practice doesn’t make perfect like they say. Only perfect practice makes perfect.”

So tip number 1 for me has been an absolute game changer. I always used to think that I was slow because I didn't brake late enough so I kept trying to brake later and later while missing apexes and over-riding the bike. After trying to brake earlier an focussing on getting a good apex and exit, I have been able to bump up the difficulty rating from 100% to 120%. Its so simple yet so important...Thanks!

Expert advice from the best. It took me ages to get to grips with the new physics especially the braking. I am starting easy on the brakes way early than before, having to pull on more pressure until just before I start to turn in then start easing off towards the apex. Which I guess is more realistic to how the bikes brake IRL, they just don't grab huge handfuls at the last moment. Getting the entry is everything in MGP22 for if you run wide, the bike won't turn in and its gravel trap time. It's important for players to master bike control before starting to tinker with settings, as that can make a bad habit worse. No setting will make anyone a good rider if they dont master the basics first. I've just started with changing brake sizes and types to suit my style, then I'll look at pre-load and spring rates. For gearbox I watch real on bike video and not what gear they're turning in what corners and try to match that. Works pretty good too. There are more second and third gear corners than people realise, many players especially online think they have to be in the highest gear all the time. At Jerez I set the gears to rev out in second between turn 1 and 2 to concentrate on braking rather than shifting. The great New Zealand Shaun Harris said it best, "you have to be fast on the fast bits, and slow on the slow bits." Great vid, D man!

Milestone is still slacking but I cant agree more. Thats at least the most realistic game out in the market to real physics motorcycle 🏍 racing I hope SBK 22 will be even better. You're on PS5 or PC ?

I had such big plans for this series before the game came out,I was so disappointed in the game that most of the videos got out on hold because I feel they were wasted but I appreciate your support!

@@Dyl469 I get it... I had high hopes for this game too... I still play it but I wish Milestone put more work into it... I was kind of excited for the SBK game, but after seeing at how are they leaving the MotoGP 22 game, I'm discouraged...
Keep up the good work, my friend.

Am already subbed and i don't play any Motogp games since gp20, i remember ur video on how to be fast in gp20 helped me, so i stayed subbed. I think you should expand ur content a bit more. This video was short, but informative. That's all good sir, have a great day/night.

I can’t beat the “pass” training mode. Until I do I’m not going to even try playing the normal game. It’s too much. Car racing games are so easy for me but this is the hardest racing game I’ve ever played in my life

Also that’s on easy on 0% I ticked it down from easy 25% and it was like playing any other racing sim on hard. I’m pure ass at this BS game

I find the game so frustrating, I played a-lot of MotoGP 20 and previous games and loved it. Was fast rider could do the handbrake turn style, and brake late and felt like I could push and push, with Motogp 21 and 22 I’ve just lost that feeling, no matter how many videos I watch or how much time I spend doing laps. I just can’t get a feel for it. Doing 1.55’s round Texas. On 20 was doing 1,50 😞😞
