hey Brooke, i was just going through past vlogs as i do at times coz theyre so kewl . and i noticed a trend of consistent "first business at the Crossbox-before the fun" i love that you take exercise serious no matter where u go and priotise it. This is a mindset i am currently adjusting to after 2 months of being A CROSSFITTER and im loving every minute of it and it has been transforming me from the inside out and giving me positive way of looking at life and many things attached to just being healthy and the best healthiest stronger me. big fan from SOUTH AFRICA. I'm only 11 years old and I'm training to go ttothe crossfit games as a teenager. I was hoping if you could tell me what kind of movements to focus on, like what you have seen in the crossfit games. Also, I have been doing crossfit for 4 years, and I fell in love with it. :) I also train in California with my coach, who has been in the crossfit games as a teen, his name is PJ Rubel. Again, I hope you see this and give me tips on the movements. Good luck next year!!!! :)
