Question. I was approved for Weatherization but whoever lived in my trailer spot before me supposedly had Weatherization done for them 12 yrs ago. They said the state of ND won’t do it until 15 yrs have gone by. I was wondering if there is any other option?
My husband is disabled and on home Dyalisis. Right now all we have for income is his disability income.
