मैं आज निर्णय लेने जा रहा हूँ। तीन दिन से कई व्हीकल के वीडियो देखे हैं । टाटा टियागो की रिपोर्ट इनमें अच्छी रही है । केवल सर्विस सेंटर पर प्रॉपर रिस्पॉन्स न मिलने का प्रॉब्लम है। जबकि ये तकनीकी नहीं , सेवा की चूक है। इसके लिए सर्विस इंजीनियरों को विशेष तौर पर प्रशिक्षित किया जाना चाहिए। टाटा स्वयम अपने प्रशिक्षण सेंटर (देश भर में चार-छः महानगरों में) स्थापित करें। ताकि तकनीक के साथ ही ग्राहक सेवा पक्ष भी उत्कृष्ट हो ।
Tata ki after sale service se me काफी हद तक satisfied हूं। मैने जुलाई 2020 में फेसलिफ्ट Tiago xz plus ली थी। इसमें noise problem ya vibration problem लगभग ना के बराबर है। बाकी build quality, हैंडलिंग, highway par स्टेबिलिटी, comfort सब कुछ शानदार हे। बीकानेर से चूरू व वापसी , कुल मिलाकर 450 km ke run me miliege 23.2 kmpl Raha, जबकि स्पीड 80-100 के बीच रही थी।

Tata has improved service part..for a small issue, service centre use to follow me twice in weak after repair.

Absulately right sir. My tiago completing 5 years in next June without any major problem. Most important thing is after 5 years from now there will be no resell of any petrol or diesel car so point of resell is totally useless.
I am also planing to buy tiago but i hear tiago has viberation n noice problem noice so much that its lead to headach is it true?

Ekdum sahi kaha uncle ji ne, mera bhi yahi manna hai, aur mai sale ka sochta nahi, meri bike pulsar hai jo mai 2006 me liya huwa hai, tabhi friends ne yahi share kiya ki HeroHonda/Honda lene kaha tha, abhi dekho maine Pulsar sale bhi nahi aur aaj bhi Sheer ke jaise bhagti hai.. Han thoda bahut problem hai but, almost 17 saal chala hai bike meri. Abhi meri Tata Tiago XZ+ liya tha Dec 2020 me.. Koi problem nahi, yahi point phirse aaya tha friends se, Suzuki/Hyundai. But, build quality koun dekhega aur TATA BAS NAAM KAPHI HAI.
Maine August 2020 meh TIAGO XT kri purchase or 8000 KM drive bhi krli... Sch a Fabulous CAR I have ever drive.
Resale value nhi hai? Resale karna q hai ? Sahi sir ... 4 star rating hai ncap mai .. or kya chahiye ... safe and beautiful performance = Tata

For all the experts in the comments section please don't compare this with i20 , it's a different segment altogether and you have to pay premium to buy the i20, this guy has clearly said that he bought this over an alto so it's a good descision overall for the budget between 5-6L, I want to ask these experts on comment section, with this kind of budget what is an alternative option according to you? (Suzuki fanboys stay away please)
